We would like to hold free our e-mail system from unsolicited e-mails. That for we are using a central software that examines all incoming e-mails for determined
criteria and behaviour patterns. Furthermore, attachments with certain file extensions will be blocked for security reasons.

If an e-mail is rejected it will be returned to the sender with the corresponding fault report. You have the possibility to obtain a temporary release on the following page. release

E-mails with the following criteria and behaviour patterns will be rejected:

• E-mail addresses do not exist or cannot receive e-mails
  
  
• E-mails with the domain of the state capital Munich as sender (e.g. @muenchen.de)
  
  
• E-mails in html-format, which contain scripts
  
  
• E-mail addresses which are listed on our so-called “black list” (black list Munich; black list uceprotect®-Network)

• E-mails whose size exceed 10 MB (details)
  
  
• E-mails with certain attachments (see list)
  

• E-mails of IP-addresses without and/or with the wrong DNS-entry (details)
  
  
• E-mails which have not been sent from the competent mail server (details).
  
  
• E-mails of dynamic placed addresses without the mail server of the prevailing provider (details).
  
  
• Relaying, meaning e-mails which are not directed to the state capital Munich (details).
  
  
• e-mails with the attachment winmail.dat are not accepted.(details).
